I am in the banking business and recently had an appraisal done on my property. Accelerated Appraisal Source was the designated appraisal servce. I have to disagree with the prior review. The appraiser was here for close to a hour, taking photos, measuring, looking at utilities, questioning year of remodels. He never mentioned, nor did I ask about value. I expected that he would do his professional diiligence, and he did. In our business this professionalism is vital.
