I highly recommend US Home Developers. They remodeled my kitchen and downstairs bathroom in January of this year. I've recently was able to sell that property and I knew what made all the difference was the new kitchen and bathroom. It added so much more value and aesthetic to the house! I don't have a particular eye for design but I know what I and my clients like. US Home Developers impressed me with their designs. I went through a few contractors before I settled with them, and I was glad that I did so. You guys did an excellent job on that kitchen!

Raquel Contreras is vey talented interior designer. I was not only impressed with her taste and judgement, but was able to appreciate how organized she handled the details amongst multiple projects she was handling at the time. I can say honestly say that my master bedroom wasn’t as painful as I thought it was going to be, every time Raquel would come over to show me fabric samples and furnishings, it felt like Christmas to me!

There is no better person in my book to talk to about a remodel, renovation, or addition to your home than Jeff in the Santa Monica area--maybe even the state! I was referred over by a coworker of mine when I mentioned that my family was looking to add a new room to the side of our home while still leaving part of our patio in place. We entertain all of the time, so having this addition designed, planned, permitted, and completed was a huge deal to my family--Jeff and the staff at Sulkin Studio could not have made the experience any better!
