I bought my GTI from this dealership in 2016 and have gone back for a couple of services, all of which have been great experiences. This last visit I was assisted by the very personable Odell Hadley, who has gotten other great reviews. Odell was welcoming, helpful, and very pleasant. I was bringing the GTI in for a recall fix and asked Odell whether I needed a 10,000 mile service. He looked at my record and saw that I had just gotten an oil change and he recommended that we wait until the next oil change is due because he didn't want to waste my money(!) -- talk about instant credibility!
