Thanks, Hercules Towing. You guys did a great job and gave me great service! I lost my car key sometime between getting to work and leaving that evening. After searching I decided to give Hercules Towing a call and I’m so glad I did! I felt really stupid but they were so friendly, chatting and joking with me while they worked at making me a new key that I soon felt comfortable again. They were very professional from the phone call until they got me back in my car. They reached my work really quickly, in less than 20 minutes and got straight to work. While driving home one day my car just stopped and I couldn’t work out why. So I called them, I told the dispatcher I didn’t know what the problem was and she said that somebody would come anyway. 30 minutes later an auto mechanic was there. It took him 30 seconds to tell me that my problem was that I was out of gas. I was so embarrassed that I had wasted everyone’s time but then the auto mechanic told me he can offer me out of gas service. I then filled up my car with them out of gas service. Thank you them for great service I would definitely use your services again.

They are having a great involvement. I have tried a lot to open my locked door but no result. At list after calling them I get overcomes from my problem.

Customer service goes a long way with me. First, the dispatcher gave me an accurate ETA then the driver was very kind and polite. The tow was quick and easy and my car made it without a scratch. High quality service at a reasonable price. If I ever need another tow, I know who to call.
