For Westerners, like me, they have a great selection of easy to prepare foods. The easiest of these are ready made dishes in a "boiling bag." Just heat them up, put them next to some fragrant basmati rice, and you're an expert Indian cook. Your friends will be amazed. Did I mention that none of these dishes cost over $2.00? The best whole hog that I have ever had was barbequed by Hav-Mor-BBQ. The meat was tender and flavorful. They also had wonderful side dishes to compliment the hog. I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends that are looking for catering.

Basically, you are going into a club that serves sushi with their drinks. A novel idea that does get old fast, but it is absolutely something to experience.
