The Emmons Company has provided over a decade of exemplary service to the HOA. They have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HIRING OF SUB-CONTRACT COMPANIES ie; Security & Private Patrol Service. This is under the sole control of the Board of Directors and Security Committee. They are the ones directly responsible for the hiring and oversight of ANY & ALL sub-contractors!
