After I made my purchasing decision, he prepared and completed all the initial info / paper work quickly and accurately; then got the car cleaned / detailed and ready for me to drive off. My entire purchasing experience was smooth and fast (only a couple of hours); and I am very happy with Kai Zhu's excellent customer service.

Very clean shop. Great experience, I took my 2012 Lexus to them and they truly made it look like new! I know a lot of people say this, but it's really true, it took them 4 hours but when I returned, I was more than impressed, I was WOW'd!
