I bought my GTI from this dealership in 2016 and have gone back for a couple of services, all of which have been great experiences. This last visit I was assisted by the very personable Odell Hadley, who has gotten other great reviews. Odell was welcoming, helpful, and very pleasant. I was bringing the GTI in for a recall fix and asked Odell whether I needed a 10,000 mile service. He looked at my record and saw that I had just gotten an oil change and he recommended that we wait until the next oil change is due because he didn't want to waste my money(!) -- talk about instant credibility! Excellent and Seamless Service Experience
Mr. Reyes Perez was my service consultant for the third warranty service experience I've had with the dealership. He was knowledgeable, very helpful, and texted me consistently with updates during the hour and a half (an exquisitely short waiting time) the service took. I appreciated having had his assistance, and hope that he will be assigned to my appointment for the next service as well.
