Dressmakers & Tailors in Van Nuys

A couple times a year I meet up with my wardrobe consultant from Michael's Custom Clothes and purchase my dress shirts, slacks and blazers. I wish they had a location in NY. I have a few friends that have been trying to get to see him but have been tied up for the trips.

I, personally, believe that Best Alterations is an amazing store to get one's clothing altered. The owner does all major and minor alterations for men, women and children. They provide exceptional quality and timely completion, superior service. I have brought my clothes here for over 5 years and every time I walk out I am satisfied with the clothes they have tailored. They actually listen to my comments and opinions and thereby their work always meets my preferences. I will continue to alter my clothes at BEST Alterations; they truly are the BEST. I recommend everyone to alter one's clothes here.

I bought a dress for my daughter in L.A.(garment district) for a debutante ball and it needed to have sleeves added. I bought the fabric from a side store on oxnard blvd(like organza material)and linda's tailoring added the sleeves, and hemmed the dress, for $50 bucks. She did a great job!!!!! I was so shocked, it took her only a couple of days. She made the dress look like it came with sleeves. She did a great JOB!!! She a great lady and super friendly!!! I recommened her any day.

I took my wedding dress to be altered and hemmed. They did a wonderful job quickly and inexpensively. I would definitely recommend their services.
