Pet Stores & Supplies in Aurora

I have purchased many pets from this store, 5 for me and some for friends and family. I have never had a problem with one of my animals that they did not solve within the terms of the warranty that I signed. I truly believe that this is a great place and I will always go to this store to purchase my future pets. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and caring towards the pets. I even saw one of them defend rude comments made by a customer about a puppy in their store. They do care and it shows when they interact with the pets.

Key and his staff are wonderful. They answer all our questions and provided quality information. Unlike many stores, Key's Island actually cares about their fish. While in today purchasing some beautiful, rare, and very reasonably priced fish, a gentlemen lamented the recent death of an easy to care for fish and some shrimp, but wanted to purchase a lionfish. Key kindly persuaded him to first test the water quality, sparing the life of the fish and saving the man money. Plus Molly and Coral and wonderful dogs.

I absolutely love how you can pick up the puppies. they are all so adorable. My kids loving coming in and getting a new buddy. Thank you!

These guys are great. They are responsive and do quality work. So nice to see a local company that has a proven track record and stands by thier work.

I visited these guys today. They took an Oscar off my hands who had grown too big for his tank, and I couldn't get him bigger digs. I was rather attached to this fish, and if I hadn't felt comfortable, I wouldn't have let them take him. They were able to answer my questions and seemed genuinely concerned for the well-being of every swimming critter in the place. (and there are THOUSANDS of them!)
