I love this gym! It is so fun yet a tough m, fat-burning workout! The staff, gym, music, and other members are so encouraging and motivating!
iLoveKickboxing has made my life so much better. The workout is the perfect way to relieve stress and is intense. They differentiate the skills so it's the right fit for everyone in the class. The staff is motivating and welcoming. The facility is very clean. The overall environment and experience is just what you need to guide you in your fitness journey!
I had my first class last week, and I was hooked. I signed for a year membership on the spot. The instructors were very friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Not once did I feel like I wasn't good enough. Instead, I was able to keep my own pace and do what I could. The facility is clean and welcoming. They have definitely thought out what to have available in the women's restroom - hair ties! Genius!

Where do you even start? I love kickboxing is an amazing place to workout. Do you ever feel intimidated when you go to the gym and only see people that are really in shape, and it kinda makes you not want to go? Well here it's not like that at all. From the moment you walk in your greeted by all the instructors with a friendly smile. They take the time to ask you about your day and your goals. They become your friend and even though there's a large number of people that come in and out the door, they notice when you have been missing. Favorite yoga studio!
Bikram Yoga Hampden has been my favorite yoga studio in the Baltimore area. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgable about human anatomy and physiology. They are unlike some of the other Bikram studios in Baltimore I have practiced because they always encourage students to listen to their bodies, drink water, that the only requirement is to just breath. Most recently they have played a huge part in my rehabilitation from breaking my leg a few months ago on a hiking excursion. Sarah and Henri have both provided me with modifications for my healing leg, informing me to be patient with the healing process.
