Steve Thomas is always so helpful and when I have to wait he makes sure that I am well informed of the status of my car and that my wait time is no longer than necessary!
I was in for an oil change and Gus Larrosa noticed he could also do the simple seatbelt recall that I hadn't even l own about because I hadn't received the Ford letter in the mail yet. Great job Gus for saving me a trip and being proactive!
