I lost internet service during a storm about a month ago and called Comcast. They sent out a repair man and he determined it was the modem. He replaced it, and made sure my internet and router were working before he left. Then, I recently went to Comcast to cancel my home phone service due to pending cuts in my hours at work. The customer service representative was able to reduce my payments for the next six months, and I could still keep my phone! Thanks, Comcast.
