The persons at Alarm Grid did a wonderful job helping me from selecting the equipment that I needed to activating my service. Every question I had was answered and explained in easy to follow instructions. One of the most important things about Alarm Grid were the A++ "How to Install" instructional Videos that were super easy to follow. I was very happy with my overall experience with this ADT Franchise. The service, above all, is superb. I had a minor problem with my alarm that would not let me set it, I called the rep at 11 pm, and he not only answered my call but also had a service technician out the very next morning. I was super impressed and immediately knew that these folks separate themselves from the competition. Very happy with you guys
