I just want to say it is so refreshing to deal with a company that is honest and stands by their word. Their response to fix my A/C was quick. Jose came to fix our A/C.. he was quick in diagnosing the problem..very pleasant. The charges were fair. I also needed to replace blue uv lights on my a/c and he thought it was under warranty because paperwork said a 3 yr warranty but that was not for the lights. When I found out I wanted to pay and Chase (who is awesome) said it was their mistake. I couldn't believe it. What company does that? Excellent service all around. I wish all companies were as good as Lambert Air. I am telling everyone I know if you need a reliable A/C company that is...

Same day appointment
When I thought there was something wrong with the air conditioning system, I called right away. The technician told me he had a cancellation that day and he could work me in within the hour. I was very surprised as same day appointments can be hard to find. He showed up and fixed whatever was wrong. I am very impressed on how the whole situation was handled. Thank you for the above average service.
Amazing Customer Service
My wife called to schedule a service call to have our system looked at. I was hearing funny noises and thought it should be addressed. She always talks about how friendly Gary, the Office Manager is. He answers the phone so politely and makes sure he answers all your questions before you hang up. Great staff.
