Performing Arts instruction
Our family has been involved for 6 years. After reading earlier reviews I just had to add my two cents. As parents we try to expose our children to a variety of activities. And as parents WE always think we know best. Not every child is made to perform, & parents just do not understand. RISPA trains students are passionate about perfirming. Parents should stop realize just maybe that is not your child but just your desire. Excellent knowledgeable caring owners & staff.

You Won't Regret It!
I danced one year at another ballet studio in the area, and made the change to Susan's because I wanted to do more styles including tap, hip hop, musical theatre, etc. Instantly I saw an improvement. Their ballet teachers have trained professionally and one has even danced at the Kiev academy and danced principle roles such as Juliette in Romeo and Juliet and Giselle. Their musical theatre teachers have been on Broadway and are/were Rockettes. The list could go on and on but basically it is a very credible studio known as one of the best in the Southeast. Sure, the competition and critiquing can be tough, but their simply getting you ready for the business...and life in general! Whether...
A Fabulous Children's Theatre Program
I'm writing this after seeing yet another fantastic show put on by the children's theater at Off Broadway (Cinderella). WOW!!!! Expectations exceeded once again. They may not have the "big" stage or microphones, but what they do have is talent and great directors. What they churn out is amazing. I support the arts and see shows from all area theatres and schools if possible. Off Broadway is equal if not better. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly; no divas or stage moms. Just a fun time for everyone.
awesome ballet school!
My daughter has taken ballet there since age 4, 5 years now. The teachers for the pre-ballet for younger kids are just amazing, making the classes fun yet teaching the basics. As they get to the older pre-ballet it stays casual but the teachers work in all the classic ballet steps and terminology, so at 6 my daughter knew all the steps and their names. Now she is in Ballet 1 and it is getting more challenging and serious. I love knowing that she is at a school that also is a working company, and she gets to perform annually in a recital that features the lowest level to the highest, and they are a role model for her. Miss Kitty is well organized and always kind to everyone. A daughter of...
