This is my favorite bead store because they taught me 3 different beading techniques and glass bead making too! The teachers have been very good and supportive if I was having trouble. I look for my center beads here and like their prices on strands of freshwater pearls. I am an independent soul and don't ask for much help. I like the staff and know they have the knowledge to help me with what I am working on. Good peeps!
Best yarn shop in town
I have enjoyed Lovin' Knit since they opened. I have always crochet and wanted to expand to knitting and Pat was the best teacher, so patient. I love all the yarns, patterns, and accessories. Today was my last visit because I am moving out of state. Very sad because I know I will never find another store like this one.
Great patterns and easy too!
I love patterns published by Cottontail Quilts! Great instructions and I look forward to more patterns.
It's "THE" Quilt Shop!
From day one I knew this was the shop for me. Friendly is not good enough for this shop. They go out of their way to share knowledge, opinions and experiences. Projects. They have events all year long, including classes, kits they make and block of the months. Can't forget Super Bolt Sunday and Holiday Special (Christmas in July). There is always something new each time you come in. This is a must see place.
Very helpful staff!
I never actually bought anything from this store, but here is my story (short version). I bought a used embroidery machine from a certain "bulletin website". after i picked it up and brought it home i realized i was missing a major part! the seller said she did not have it, so i called ATL sewing center. Mariam (or Marion?) went so far out of her way to try to find that piece or see if she could order it for me, she even gave me advice on dealing with the seller who originally ripped me off even though i was crying on the phone. She was such a help to me and even made me smile again, i just can't brag on her enough! i hope she knows how much i appreciate her kindness and professionalism!...
