Bob Moorefield is an amazing dog trainer
Many years ago, Bob expertly trained our very unruly English Springer Spaniel at his facility on Ponce. We have a 7 month old Golden Doodle that we needed to train. I was delighted to learn that Bob was still training dogs, but this time in our own home.He worked wonders with Cooper and with me! Bob taught me how to gain Cooper's respect and Cooper learned how to behave. He gave us lots of tips and tools over the three weeks that he worked with us. He also came back several additional days to make sure that we were both on track. I couldn't be happier with Bob and his excellent training. I highly recommend him!
Superior Training and Knowledge
Bob has trained two dogs for me. Both were rescues adopted for protection, but also for their interactive personalities. Both were difficult cases, over two years old and needed some "rewiring". Roxy, a mix - Plott Hound? Pit? Terrier? - in any case a willful and very strong dog, had leash aggression and lots of uncertainty about men and other dogs. Bob immediately taught her basic commands (which are not easy, even though he makes it look easy) and developed a working rapport with her that increased her confidence, made her a delight to be around, and to my astonishment, has seen her rise up to be the Belle of the local dog park. Bob knows more about dogs than any other trainer...

Best dog trainer!
My dog Garvey was a puppy 6 years ago when he was found in a garbage dumpster in DeKalb County. As a very smart, but hard-headed dog, his life could have ended shortly thereafter at the DeKalb Animal Shelter where we suspect his sister met her end. Instead he found Zsolt, his ever patient and loving trainer. Garvey now knows advanced obedience moves such as hand signals and agility. My other dog, Macon, is a small dog and keeps Garvey company. Recently I moved into a newly renovated house, complete with new living room furniture, rugs and white-painted window sills. I despaired how I was going to keep both my dogs from running amuck in the new front room, charging the front window, and the...
Marlee came to our home to help us work with our energetic 5 year old boxer mix who we just adopted from PAWS. I was referred to Canine PhD from PAWS, as a trainer from this group had worked with our dog at the shelter in the past. Marlee was excellent. The hour and a half that she worked with my husband and I and Maggie our dog (and with our second dog and also our 3 cats!) was well worth the cost of the session. We had scheduled the home visit to get help assessing Maggie for safety with our cats and Marlee did assess her and also gave us a lot of support and guidance around working with adjusting our new pup to the cats, helping our new dog and old dog get to know one another, and...
