Wonderful Service and Great Product
Phil and Jon went out of their way to be helpful. It isn't often that I feel strongly about writing a positive view. You will be in good hands if you shop with this store. They know their products. The prices are extremely competitive. They deliver and help you in the use of your purchase. They are extremely courteous. You won't be disappointed.
So many choices it was hard to decide which piece to buy first. Need a full gym's worth, but have to stretch out the expense if you know what I mean. Decided on an exercise bike, and will definitely be back soon for a rower.
Better than the rest
This is by far the most friendly outdoor store in Atlanta. Great deals, knowledgeable staff, convenient location. I'm definitely a customer for life!
On my first visit I bought my first "high end" fishing rod. It was actually cheaper than Bass Pro but when I got it home the first guide was cracked. After a quick call I was given a number of options to take care of the problem at no charge. I took it back and they fixed it for me on the spot, no questions asked. There was almost no way I could have seen the issue without putting line on it but they offered to replace, repair or exchange it and left it up to me which direction I wanted to go. I've been back a few times and the staff really knows fishing and have been a big help. Go check them out, you'll find yourself going back!
Admittedly, the majority of my reviews are negative, but not this time. I talked my wife into buying a bike at a garage sale, and the tire blew the first time she rode it. She brought it in to REI, and even though we did not buy it from there, and it was not a $1000 bike, they were great. They fixed the problem and didn't even charge her. I had heard about REI service before, bt never really bought into it. From now on, if I am considering a purchase, I will check to see if REI has the item first.
