Don't fall for the "free showtime for 3 months"
Got the service 4 months and have been pleased with the quality over cable..Only issue was when I signed up they offered free showtime and starz for 3 months, I asked if they would start billing me for it and was told no..Well when I checked my bill I found out they did autobill me for the channels and basically told me it's my fault and they won't give me a credit. I paid $23 extra for a channel I never watched. Bad customer service for a company that should want to keep folks long term
We have had 2 instances to cal Cobb EMC out for service and both times their arrival was promt and the employees were both courtious and professional.
