Another Happy Houseboater !!
Our first experience was just a system 'tune-up' because we had no heat. After several hours, the technician found numerous problems and corrected them all. The second call was when the unit failed to switch to cooling. It came down to a reversing valve that failed. After talking to several companies, the bottom line was lots of money to fix a 22 year old system or get a new, upgraded system. We opted for a new system and Pruitt was the only one that could find a system to fit our houseboat (very limited space). The install went great and we highly recommend them for service and installs.
Called night before. AC out on hottest day of year yet. They were at my house at 9 the next morning and uncovered why my capacitor kept blowing every year. The air has never been so cool!
Top-of-the-line Service. Pedro and Zenon showed up on schedule with courtesy call beforehand. Everything went as promised, and we are really pleased with the system that was installed. Will recommend Cool Air to friends and family.
Our air conditioner broke right before the 4th of July. Our current maintenance company couldn't get us on their schedule for over two weeks. Atlanta Air Care was able to fit us into their schedule and we had our new unit within a week. Everyone was very professional. Disappointed that I had to pay for a maintenance visit to the tune of $240 after installing 2 units and it has been less that a year since install.
Three days prior to leaving on vacation, my AC stopped working. Called Hammocks and Robbie came out and told us the issue and within 2 days had the AC working (before my trip!) The service was above and beyond and I highly recommend this company for their responsiveness, service and professionalism!
