We like Pinnacle enough to pay them cash because they couldn't take our insurance (BCBS POS). Dr. Brown has been treating my baby since she was born early this year. We've been to the office at least five times. The wait has been brief (<10 minutes from appt. time), and the service has been friendly and professional. When we interviewed pediatricians, both doctors in this practice sat down with us and answered all of our questions. We were impressed with both of them. They explained that they try to develop a relationship with their patients by trying to use one doctor regularly and the other only when necessary... rather than switching back and forth like we do when we visit East...
