Weight Management in Hiram

I have been on the Vitkins Program for two weeks and have lost 11 lbs. Just like any diet, the weight loss is a combination of safe medications, diet modification and exercise. After I reach my desired weight (25 lbs. to go), I will continue to take advantage of their maintenance program (which does not include any medication) at no cost! The price is reasonable and there are no sales people on staff to push any nutritional products. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and supportive. As with any weight loss program, keeping it off is all up to me but their encouragement and support will be available to me.
