Speir Heating & Air is always reliable and has bailed me out of a few emergency situations before. They did some work on my heating system this last winter and did good work.

Needed a part changed on one AC/Heating system (I have two one for upstairs and one for downstairs). I have used ACS in the past and they installed units here at Reynolds Plantation but they could not come today. Shumate's price was the same as others in the Lake Oconee area. I received excellent service and the tech was extremely knowledgable. This was much more service or care taking of the units then in the past. After Shumate's technician was finished I asked to sign a service contract. I do not know why the other reviewers said Shumate was more expensive. I almost did not hire them due to the reviews and I am glad I found out for myself of Shumate's knowledge, professionalism yet...

Meeks provided myself and my family with outstanding service, a fantastic product, and did so affordably. They installed an Amana heat pump system to replace an old system that had finally gone beyond repairing. It has saved us a great deal of money over the past 9 months. We are totally electric and it has cut our electricity bill by at least one third. I originally called Meeks for a Free second opinion, but they will be my First choice from now on.
