Alisa helped me to quit smoking. I have tried everything else before but nothing worked. I was ready to give up until I heard my co-worker lost weight and quit smoking with Hypnosis 2 Change. I was a big skeptic but decided to give it a try. It has been 4 months since I had a cigarette. I have not gained any weight since I quit smoking which was my biggest concern. Furthermore, my relationship with my wife and kids transformed, thanks to Alisa's methods and approach. She really cares about her patients, and will go beyond what is expected. I would definitely recommend Alisa and Hypnosis 2 Change.
I started going to see Inga to help me lose weight. It was NOT easy... She did not wave a magic wand and make the weight vanish (much to my dismay). But she did help me change my unconscious thoughts and feelings surrounding food, and little by little, the weight started coming off. With OUR hard work (I never felt alone in this process), I lost 50 pounds. And I have kept it off for three years and counting! Now Inga helps me manage stress and anxiety, which helps me stay balanced and focused in my daily life. She has helped me in more ways than I could explain and I will be forever grateful for her hard work, knowledge, and understanding.
A Great Loss
I have lost nearly 50 lbs since my first meeting with Bob a year ago in June 2012. I opted to try hypnosis instead of a surgical bypass choice. I'm so grateful because every area of my life has improved through hypnosis. I have a way to go but I have better control of my food choices which I doubt the surgery would have given me as I tend to be an emotional eater. I now have the tools and understanding I need to succeed. It's been a process to learn how hypnosis helps a person change their behavior and what a change it is. Dr. Crow can be a great help and I have recommended his practice to others.
I took the Self-Hypnosis & Mastering the Fundamentals of Hypnosis class in January of 2013. It was really an eye opening and brain opening experience. I learned the different brain waves, how we create and change habits and patterns, basic hypnosis and more. I even got hypnotized a couple of times and it was a great experience. It was so relaxing! My main goal was to tackle some weight loss. With the help of Jane Ann Covington, I have been able to change some bad eating habits and my clothes are starting to hang on me as a result. I also learned a lot about myself that weekend when it came to some of the other issues that IÂm having. I would highly recommend this class to anyone...
