Great for Fitness
I have been rowing at Rowbot Fitness for 2 years. Excellent exercise, great atmosphere, convenient class schedules. Highly recommended!
This is a well run gym. The facilities are clean, the equipment is well maintained, and most importantly, the management knows how to control membership so that it's not an oversold/overcapacity situation like the other gym I belonged to. They're also good at weeding out obnoxious members.
Clean Gym But Cardio-Theatre Movies Are Bad
This is a new gym and therefore still clean and equipment in good condition. Staff are friendly and members are friendly but not too chatty. However, they play the most ridiculous movies in the cardio theatre! "Serial Mom", "Toy Story", "Sixteen Candles" etc. Shouldn't you play movies that motivate you to get a good cardio workout?
Best Value and Effective!
I love this boot camp. I've tried other versions and have found that this by far has produced the most physical results. The instructors are passionate and care about helping you meet your personal goals. I have truly enjoyed this camp and plan to continue through the summer months.
Point blank: BCR ROCKS. The workouts are definitely intense but they keep it fun so the time flies by quickly. And I absolutely love that we do something different everyday as I get bored very easily. Additionally, both ladies are fantastic at keeping the class engaged and motivated. I'm not a morning person but I actually find myself looking forward to class each monring. I've got a lot of work to do to reach my personal goals but they are sincere in their desires to help me get there and that means a lot! I'm looking forward to a long-standing relationship with BCR.
