I get really disappointed when I read reviews like this. Hajj is not a vacation, how do you expect to get treated with luxuries. Seems like someone accidentally got on the wrong flight, brother who's complaining intended to go to Caribbean and instead ended up in Saudi Arabia. Hajj is not an easy task and there is no easy way out. It is all about sacrificing your health and wealth on the path of Allah.
