Simple oil change can be a pleasant experience, these guys are fast, take time to point and show what needs to be done or pay attention to. I actually chose to ask my Service Adviser Alex Diaz about tires - google would be ashamed with the amount of amazing info provided by Alex. Mind you, I suck with technical stuff, mechanical and all that, but, after spending a few minutes with Alex, I now know what type of tires to get. Thank you Alex for very detailed explanation on different types of tires, I had no clue there are low noise, high comfort, and who knows(Alex knows) what else to consider when buying tires. Thank you all for great and fast service!!
Honest, Accurate Internet Pricing
I bought a 2018 Rogue from Autobarn. I worked with Aleksandra Draskovic via e-mail and phone and then Monica Jucan on the sales floor. Alexsandra provided clear pricing on the phone, including my all-in price with tax, title, license, and doc fees. When I got to the store Monica took over and the process was seamless. I was very happy with the Autobarn team. They honored the price they quoted me without any add-ons or tricks. It was the exact opposite of my experience at Martin Nissan, where they presented me an in-store price that was $1700 over the phone quote. I had to walk out after they "corrected" a couple obvious discrepancies but were still $975 over the price they had...
