Customer Service and Satisfaction is a Priority!
We used Terry's Tropical Travel to plan our destination wedding in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. They handled the travel and accomodations for over 80 guests traveling from Europe and the United States. There was not one missed phone call or email for me and all of my guests. At the resort, if there was an issue with a room, Carmelita handled it immediately. My guests didn't have to frustrate themselves at all. Several of my guests have used this agency since ours to plan their trips, cruises and weddings (Mexico and Dominican Republic)! We will use them forever, even if traveling to Toledo! :-)
They rock! These others must be agents!!
I have used traveloni for over a decade and not only have I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM, I dare you to show me a better price. I can go directly to any vacation site, call traveloni, get the same deal, and get my rebate on top of that. To the person who said they didn't get their rebate, act before you speak. Give them a call and I can guarantee they will fix the problem. #1 problem on the net: something goes wrong and instead of taking action to fix the issue, people B@H! about the company. No wonder smaller companies can't compete in this day and age. I love these people and will spout out my appreciation til' the cows come home. BTW... when you call, someone answers!... and... they speak...

Very helpful-Terri listened to what we wanted and came up with a great vacation package. The price she found for us was hundreds of dollors less than what we found
