Dale has always been upfront about repairs. He offers his professional opinion on possible repairs when he calls with his diaognosis. If it is something that can wait he will advise you and if not, makes his recommendation. They also stand behind their repairs. I have taken my vehicles to Brad for sixteen years now based on a friends recommendation and won't take it anywhere else.
