We've been seeing Dr. Greg for over 20 years, shortly after he opened. In that time he has proven to be the best choice we could have made for the care of our pets. He and his staff are there for your pets well-being first. The staff is fantastic as well, and they all make everyone who comes in feel as though they are the most important thing they have at that time. We take Gracie to day camp once a week, she knows when it's her day and honestly gets upset when she has to miss her day. As long as we have pets and Dr. Greg has his clinic we will continue to go there.
Caring, Compassionate, Fun
I wouldn't think of taking my pets anywhere else. Since staffing has changed and Dr. Hicks is around most of the time, the clinic is bright, cheerful, and full of compassion for our pets. The receptionists greet everyone, Dr. Hicks exudes love for our dogs, and the nursing team is helpful and kind. They work with us on finances and recommend the best, knowing and understanding that sometimes what's best isn't what we can do at that time-- so they work with us and have never failed us. If you want a "vaccine clinic" go somewhere else. If you want a veterinary hospital that cares, go to Indian Hills Animal Clinic.
I have taken my dog there since he was born. They got us through puppy shots, a long case of mange (that is gone now) and were helpful in diagnosing my dog as deaf. I highly recommend the staff there!
We travel 647 miles (one way) to see them!
Apple Lane Animal Hospital is the BEST!!! We have been taking our many dogs and cats there for 9 years and love the doctors and the staff. They take GREAT care of our animals and take time to talk and answer any questions. We have recently moved to Houston and have tried finding a comparable vet with no luck. We bring our dogs up to Apple Lane whenever we are in town visiting (at least 3 times per year).
Treat my pets like their own
Dr. Huseman and his staff are wonderful, caring people and my pets are always treated like they are the only animals in the world. They truly understand how important pets are in our lives.
