The teachers really seem to care about the kids. My experiences have always been positive and I believe that the school district is one of the best in the state
LOMS is Wichita education's best kept secret. Any child that is lucky enough to attend this school will reap the benefits for the rest of their life. They are far advanced from other schools and the children still have fun learning. For anyone that is considering moving out of town to avoid public education, I'd suggest looking into Open Magnet schools - specifically Lewis - before you make that decision.
Valley Center School district is the best district I have ever found. My son has special needs and they work well with him and myself. They do a good job of keeping me informed and allow me to help when able.
My daughter started Kindergarten this year. They have been great with her. She is learning a lot and making ew friends. Homework is just right and provide alot of activites to get the kids involved.
my son goes here...it is a good school in a smaller town....the teachers seem to care about what they do...the school building does need some updating as it is older, but the building doesn't do the teaching.
