@DForster When this customer called, I clearly stated that I no longer performed road service at his location, but in an attempt to help a stranded person, I made an exception and told him I would get there as soon as possible. I arrived and diagnosed the problem and explained the part would cost approximately $100 if I ordered it and told him I could get it locally but at a higher cost. I went to a local dealership to pick one up and they didn't have his exact replacement.
