Century Link is the worst. They promise the moon and stars, fail to deliver, and fail to charge you the agreed rate. Deeply regret upgrading our high speed internet. Was tricked 2 wks ago & had to cancel that order. Tried again but now I'm told the upgrade won't be another five days, and then I have to wait 7-10 working days before receiving the new modem! Say What! I won't even be able to use the service for a week while awaiting delivery of the new modem. Claim they will prorate the charges but I find that unlikely. Our Dating Service Can Make and Receive Calls
Our dating service has been using ancient phone lines that don't transfer. If a client calls a number and we are already on a call on that line, it is busy and they have to try another number. With only one call to Boston Business Phone Systems, the problem has been corrected. We now have a phone system that can handle our calls without having to give customers busy signals.
