I had an exceptional experience working. They went above and beyond my expectations when it came to their service, thoroughness, professionalism and customer service. The service I received was exceptional wherever I look at. I would look forward to working with them again.

I went to Hogans and Sons in Herndon for an oil change and 60,000-mile maintenance check at the last minute. They were very accommodating and ensured me that it would be done that day. Anyways, about an hour goes by and one of the mechanics approaches me. He tells me everything they did and what needed to be fixed, flushed, or replaced. He gave good explanations why these things needed to be done, prices and answered all my questions. Of course, I assumed it would cost serious dollars and it did however, I was expecting it to cost more - he even helped me figure out what discounts I qualified for and options for paying (they have a 0% interest card I took advantage of). I have always received top-notch service from the initial estimates, through the prompt services, and even with the transportation van getting me to/from work and the shop.
