We had a new water heater installed by Lewis Brothers. The old one was also installed by Lewis Brothers in 1977. The old water heater still heated our water, but the water was getting rusty. This is a family owned company passed on from grandfather to father to son. The service was prompt, cheerful and professional. They didn't leave any mess and they even hauled our old water heater away at no charge. This is a good company for senior citizens since they are very respectful.

Pyros response There are two sides to every story Pyro does not run from warranty situations, however we do not warranty other peoples work. Some missing facts not stated: This customer was a club member for some of their units, but not the unit that was the problem,a Mitsubishi mini split air conditioner. By admission of the owner, this unit was purchased on the internet & installed by someone else. (Almost all manufacturers will not warranty a unit purchased on the internet, they require it be purchased thru & installed by, a trained, certified, dealer.)
