I had my brakes inspected Saturday at a local Chrysler dealer. I was told they were like new. I noticed a Very bad grinding noise yesterday , 3 days later. I drive over 100 miles a day. I called in a panic and spoke to Chad the service manager. What a knowledgeable great guy. I went in at lunch noon , left by 130 brakes repaired for a great price and better warranty. I have never been to a Tuffy before and I'm new to this area. I do have an automotive background and can tell Chad is an honest man. Thank you very much for fixing my car so fast. I called the dealer yesterday still haven't heard anything from them. a couple hours after speaking to Chad I'm at home writing this review A++++++

My car looks perfect, Lochmoor Collision Center. seem to have a done a good job with it. I left it at this morning at their place and the same day Lochmoor Collision Center. called and said my car is ready. I was surprised it had not taken more time and a little nervous that Lochmoor Collision Center. will not do it the right way, I ask a friend to bring me over their place, and the owner of the place brought me into the garage where I saw the repaired car which looks great.
