Best Auto Repair Shop in Town
My wife car was making all types of violent movements. First thing I thought about was the transmission. My neighbor recommended Aamco so I did a little research on the Aamco shop. Mostly great reviews (cant please everyone) so I took my wifes 2009 Maxima expecting the worst. When the mechanics looked at the car they found a blown fuse. Apparently someone (wife) forgot to mention that she spilt a cup of coffee on the center console. They replaced the fuse and I was on my way. The best part was no charge. I highly recommend these guys.
Great Group of Guys
My car broke down on the way home to Slidell on Old Spanish Trail. My Car just stopped moving. I called my Dad and recommended AAMCO on Old Spanish Trail. I had AAA tow my car to the AAMCO and prepared for the worst. Once they looked at my car, it ended up being a sensor. It was nothing to do with the transmission. The Manager, Billy was very nice and respectful. If you need a mechanic shop, try these guys!
The owner was very naturally friendly, patient and honest. The dealership of my new car wanted two thirds more than what I paid this Gentleman, and the estimation of the repair work was so methodical, with the dealership. The finished work looked like it just got out of the showroom. Yes, I recommend Chief Body & Fender.
Honest and Helpful
Will and Lenny are the most honest, helpful and reputable auto service around to fix your vehicle for far less than any other.
Took 2 times, but it looks great!
1 month update- Bumper still looks great. I have to get the paint on my C-Pillar fixed on my other car and will be taking it to B-Imports. Original- I got rear-ended a couple of months, and have been trying to deal with State-Farm... different review. I have one of the pearlescent white prius's. It did take the shop two times to get the tint of white correct on the rear bumper, but they did get it done and corrected. Looks very good! Dealing with State Farm on the other hand...
