My only concern was that the tech did not have me open all 4 heating zones when I was there, but had me shut all of them down to clean the unit. All other techs without fail, asked me to turn all the thermostats up before they left. The next evening, I noticed the furnace was not working, which resulted in a call to Perri the following morning, and a tech came out within two hours, and found a loose component that was working intermittently, preventing the unit from firing up.....he could hear it arcing, and with a tighter connection, the furnace fired up, and all is well now, but I think had the first tech had me turn the thermostats up when he was done, he MIGHT have heard the arcing,...
Totally Positive Experience
Last Friday our new furnace was installed by Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. This has been a totally positive experience all the way through. Amazing service, quick and responsive.
