Both of my cats are from here. They have great prices and lovable animals. They give you so much for adopting an animal in need and im so grateful.
Adopt from Lied!!
I am a pet lover & have read many bad things about Lied Animal shelter over the past couple years from quality of animals to staff service, but I went there for the first time last week & must say, I was impressed. They have so many kennels to keep their dogs in, & I was able to find a staff member almost right away to look at my dog. The first one we talked to was not very friendly or helpful, but the girl we worked with afterwards (after other guy disappeared) was so helpful. You could totally tell she was an animal lover & offered advice on our new dog as well. I would definitely go back! Also know the adoption prices may be a bit high, but they include pretty much all shots, plus a...
This is the place to find true gold!!!
If you are looking for a new member to add to your family (not just a dog) this is the best place to go. Yes you have to be screened but that is because they love their dogs and really care where they go. I have owned many dogs in my life but my (slightly tubby) Molly is the best dog yet. You may need to wait for just the right dog but it is well worth it. They are always there if you need help or if you have questions. This is the first place I have found in Las Vegas that puts their whole heart and soul into their...
Too Cool for School
Eskie-Rama has delivered a new family member faster and better than most pizza joints. Thank You!!!
This is a great facility. It seems to be very clean, with a caring and committed staff. The animals seem to be well cared for, with each of its special needs well documented, as well as idiosyncrasies, etc. I love that the NSPCA is an equal opportunist....those with special needs or aren't "conventionally adoptable" are given a second chance. They have a great "Lost and Found" directory, tributes, as well as a boutique featuring artisans that donate parts of their profits to the shelter. One note: if you want to volunteer, make sure you understand all the policies, expectations, etc. Any animal organization is bound to be chaotic, and it will save a lot of heartache and frustration to...
