Willing To Go The Extra MileI stopped by the Union Road Radio Shack last week to purchase a cell phone and calling plan for my teenage son. I should add that my son was paying for the phone with his own money earned from various jobs he performed in the neighborhood. Radio Shack had the phone on sale and in stock. Upon entering, I was cheerfully greeted by Susan (Store Manager) who not only explained everything to me but offered to activate the phone and service to save me the hassle of doing it myself.
