My wife and daughter were skeptical about bringing our seriously ill family cat to this location as the reviews were bad. But with our family member (cat) in pain we/they went in with all the faith they could muster. They were greeted and treated with the utmost respect from the moment they came in the door. Dr. Lauryn Benson was very compassionate and brought us/them the very bad news with empathy and compassion. Our family member, our cat who shared his life and lived with us for 14 plus years had to be put to sleep as he was too far gone. Took my mom's dog, Zoey to be put down here. The front desk girl was very compassionate and helped me fill out the necessary forms. The doctor was understanding and helped carry Zoey into the office since he could no longer walk. The procedure was quick and Zoey passed away peacefully. I know her last moments were in great and capable hands.

The Veterinary Center for Birds & Exotics is the best Veterinary I ever went too! I wish I found it sooner, I been there for almost 3 years! The reception Angela and the Staff are very loving people and are very caring! The waiting room is relaxing when you walk in with all the beautiful statues, their are exotic parrots in the waiting room Eclectus Parrot and a African Grey keeping us company when we wait. The Vet Care Center in Goldens Bridge is the best of the best. Dr. Immerblum's and Dr. Nussbaum's knowledge is endless. Their commitment to clients is top of the line, first class. Their staff could not be more on top of things, courteous, attentive & professional. I've been using them since 1992 when I lived locally.
