Sometimes good, sometimes not
I don't think the first review should necessarily be disregarded. As with every company, there can be good experiences and bad. I've had both with ADR.Â Sometimes the bulbs are great - sometimes not. Sometimes the customer service is outstanding, but sometimes it's non-existent. I am editing my original review because once I sent ADR a detailed email stating why I wasn't satisfied with my purchase, I received a phone call from Walter within the hour, and he went above and beyond to make things right. Great fresh flowers and fab customer service
This family group could not have been nicer to all of my family when my dad passed, they were very kind, and made us the most fabulous flower arrangements!

Worth the drive
I shop here every Thursday a.m. for the last 20+ years. NEVER disappointed by food/produce/deli. ALWAYS FRESH store is clean workers are friendly & polite. Wish there was an ADAMS closer to me.(Millbrook)
I used this florist for my wedding flowers and six years later, people still bring up how gorgeous the flowers were at my wedding ceremony and reception. Since then, I have seen arrangements from this florist at birthdays, anniversaries, special events, church services,and even funerals. The arrangements have always been striking and special. Note: if ordering from Bob Kelly (or any small florist, really) it's always best to call the florist directly rather than placing an order on and online site. The online site will promise you things for a certain price that the florist simply can't provide without losing a lot of money. It's always better to call. You'll get more personalized service...
