When I first saw the storefront for Your Vine or Mine? on Main Street in downtown Painesville, I couldn't believe my eyes. Someone was opening a new establishment! They weren't yet open, but I parked my car and peered in the door. Then I drove by a few times a week waiting for the doors to open. The week following "Taste of Painesville" in 2008, I stopped one afternoon, had a lovely glass of wine and talked to Penny, wife of Alex Anthony. They had taken an old bank storefront and turned it into a charming room, a place to relax, meet friends, talk and drink wonderful wine. Tuscan Cellars aka.. The Barrel Room Winery, is A+. The people are friendly, very knowledgable and helpful. Your orders are filled very fast and correctly. Their wine is excellant. Their selection of grapes and juice are second to none. Their prices are reasonable. They have all of your wine making needs and can help the beginner wine maker learn the correct way to make wine. Visit them and see for yourself.
