We had a big problem with our computer. We called them and they told us they would be out the next day. They showed up right on time, fixed our pc, and was done in under an hour. We'll definitely call them again!

I like to patronize locally-owned/operated stores, but it's even better when the quality & service are excellent, like they are at Laptops Plus. Not only did I buy two fine pieces of equipment here in 2008, when I stupidly dumped wine into the laptop, Tim managed to get it working again--& the repair cost was reasonable! I'm thrilled. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They answer questions & are patient with customers. The next time I buy a laptop, this is my first & only stop. Laptops Plus is a gem!
