June 14, 2008 Last Thanksgiving day (2007) I weighed in (before dinner) at 220 lbs. In February 2008 I started using the products marketed by Golub Enterprises. Today I am a trim 198 lbs. I had not been under 200 lbs in over 7 years. I highly recommend these products. Safe for anyone to use.
