Went in for leaky tire, very busy but got my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time and did not charge me. Courteous too!
I had my car window busted out during a break in. When I called they gave me an estimate over the phone and scheduled me to have it fixed that same morning. When I went to the store to have the work done, they were polite and speedy. When they found my rear view mirror that had been ripped off the windshield in the break in, they even glued it back to the window for me at no charge. It's good to see quality work and I highly suggest them for anything you might need done.
great service and products
bought a used Toyota, runs great and looks good. Very happy with the service I recieved on my old Clark from these guys, no one else in town could fix it unitl I took it to them.
I was in Oklahoma City on 05/31/08 to sing the National Anthem for the Oklahoma Redhawks. The following day I had a flat tire on my 2007 Volvo. I went to Wal-Mart and they said they couldnt help me, but sent me to Hibdon Tires Plus. There Robert Mayhew assisted me in getting the tire fixed and me back on the road to Dallas. I had waited for two hours as the store did not open until noon. It took them about 30 minutes to get going and when it came to pay, they waived the charges on fixing the tire. I have never experienced such customer service and wanted to let him and the store know how much I appreciated their assistance.
Top Guy for Imports - and Good Prices
If you have an import automobile (and you're cheap like me), this is a great little find. It's a combination salvage yard and auto repair shop. The head mechanic is from Vietnam (so he's a little hard to understand sometimes), but he's self-taught - and he can fix ANYTHING. And if you need a "new" part for your car, you'll always have the option of him pulling a good one from the salvage yard, instead of paying top-dollar for a new one (although he can definitely order the new stuff for you too).
