Overall, I have had great quality with this fort knox storage. The people that work the storage units are very friendly and helpfull. The manager will take care of you in many ways has possible. When I had to move out of my home they got me a unit right away and I rented a truck right on the spot. If you get in a jam they will try to help you out has much has they can. The unit areas are kept very clean. And if someone needs something done to their unit like it fixed the door or what ever is needed.I found out that you can get discount for like refer a friend to the company they give you a discount. Over all they are very friendly people to be around to help anyone out.
