I am one of the original students of Sensei Muhammad in the combat Jujitsu program. I was elevated to the degree of 1st degree Brown Belt. My experience at the academy far reaches the hours of " cleaning the mat", it runs deep in that the atmosphere promotes family and community and our responsibility to protect them. I just tried the AMERIKICK fitness fit defense class. WOW! What fun It's better than Kickboxing or Zumba. I feel thinner and fitter. The instructors are so energetic!
