Mack responded to our call for emergency service and scheduled us that day. He arrived as scheduled and after some doing he managed to get our oil boiler up and running...mind you he "never" said we needed a new one. He worked with what we had and did a wonderful job. We are greatful and happy to have met Mack and his partner.

We were frantic trying to find a heating service company during the holiday without success. We contacted Mack from Empire and were impressed from the first few minutes of our conversation. We explained we called plumbers before and they said our oil boiler needed to be replaced. Mack assured us he could fix it from leaking. Within three very thorough hours our 18 year old State boiler was up and running for less than $600, while a new boiler quote was $5600!! Mack saved us $5000 and our boiler never ran quieter nor more efficient. My wife and I were totally satisfied and will recommend Empire to all our friends and neighbors.
